1. Identity Verification (KYC)
Haystack requires users to complete identity verification before accessing investment programs.
You must complete KYC in order to:
subscribe to yield programs
deposit or withdraw funds
update certain account settings
Accepted documents depend on the KYC provider you choose. Your information must match your account details exactly.
2. Geographic Restrictions
Some regions may have limited access to:

deposits or withdrawals
account features
the platform entirely
If you attempt to use a restricted feature, the platform will display a notification. Restrictions are based on regulatory requirements and may change over time.
3. Risk Disclosure
All yield-based products carry risk.
Before subscribing to any program, you should understand:
Principal Risk Your invested amount may be exposed to market or operational factors depending on the program’s structure.
Yield Variability Programs have predefined Target APY terms, but yield depends on successful completion of the underlying operations.
Lock-in Period Funds remain locked until maturity. Early withdrawal is not available.
No Guarantee of Return Past performance does not guarantee future results. Returns are not assured or insured.
Haystack does not offer leverage, margin trading, or speculative trading features.
4. Risk Profile Requirements
Your access to certain programs depends on your selected risk profile:
Conservative
Moderate
Aggressive
Programs above your risk level are unavailable until you update your profile.
Risk profiles exist to ensure users choose programs suited to their tolerance for volatility and drawdown risk.
5. Program Documentation
Each program includes:

lock-in period
entry and exit fee rules
supporting documentation
You must review and accept these documents before subscribing.
6. Fees
Fees may include:
Entry fees (applied at subscription)
Exit fees (applied if funds are withdrawn at maturity)

7. No Financial Advice
Haystack does not provide investment advice. All decisions you make on the platform are your own responsibility.
The platform offers:

You decide which programs you subscribe to based on your goals and risk tolerance.
8. Platform Use Restrictions
You may not use the platform for:
unlawful activity
money laundering
sanctioned jurisdictions
unauthorized third-party transfers
shared or anonymous accounts
Violations may result in account restrictions or closure.
9. Data Privacy
Haystack collects only the information necessary to:
verify your identity
operate your account
comply with regulations
improve platform functionality
Your personal data is never sold to third parties. You can request account deletion at any time, subject to the mandatory 7-day cooling period.
10. Account Deletion
When you request account deletion:
your account is scheduled for removal after 7 days
you can cancel the request within the 7-day window
once deleted, access cannot be restored
Any remaining balance or matured funds must be withdrawn prior to deletion.
11. Changes to Terms or Features
Program terms, features, or restrictions may change over time due to:

All changes appear in the platform’s notifications or documentation.
