IV — USER SETTINGS
The User Settings menu lets you manage your personal information, security controls, identity verification (KYC), and your risk profile.
You can access all settings from Profile → Settings in the sidebar.
1. Account Details
You can view and update your personal information.
How to edit
Go to Settings → Account Details.
Select Edit.
Update the fields you want to change.
Select Save.
Your updates take effect immediately.
2. Security & Privacy
This section controls key security features for your account.
2.1 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
2FA adds an additional verification step when signing in or performing sensitive actions.
You can activate 2FA using:
an Authentication App, or
Email verification
Enable 2FA
Go to Settings → Security & Privacy → Two-Factor Authentication.
Choose Authentication App or Email.
If you choose Authentication App:
A QR code and secret key appear.
Open your authenticator app and select Add Account.
Scan the QR code (or enter the key manually).
Enter the 6-digit code generated by your app.
Save your backup codes in a safe location.
If you choose Email:
You receive a one-time verification code by email.
Copy the code from your inbox.
Paste it into the verification field.
Select Confirm.
2FA becomes active immediately after verification.
2.2 Change Password
Go to Settings → Security & Privacy → Change Password.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password and confirm it.
Complete the 2FA prompt (if enabled).
Select Change Password.
Your password is updated instantly.
2.3 Change Email
Go to Settings → Security & Privacy → Change Email.
Enter your current password.
Complete the 2FA verification.
Enter your new email and select Next.
Check your inbox and enter the 6-digit verification code.
Select Confirm.
Your login email is now updated.
3. KYC Information
Identity verification (KYC) is required before you can subscribe to yield programs or make certain transactions.
Steps
Go to Settings → Security & Privacy → KYC Information.
Select Start Verification.
Choose your preferred KYC provider.
Follow the instructions (ID document, selfie verification, etc).
Submit for review.
Tips for fast approval
Use original documents, not scans or edited files.
Make sure photos are clear, well-lit, and glare-free.
Your document details must match your account information exactly.
Once approved, your account status updates automatically.
4. Risk Profile
Your risk profile determines which yield programs you can access. Possible levels:
Conservative
Moderate
Aggressive
You can set your profile during onboarding and change it at any time.
4.1 Change Risk Profile
Go to Settings → Security & Privacy → Risk Profile.
Select Change Risk Profile.
Choose your new level.
A confirmation modal appears:
If adjusting up (higher risk): You are warned about higher volatility and larger potential drawdowns.
If adjusting down (lower risk): You are warned that some programs will become unavailable.
Select Confirm.
The new profile is saved and logged in the system for compliance.
Programs above your active risk level will appear greyed out.
5. Delete Account
You can permanently delete your account at any time.
Steps
Go to Settings → Security & Privacy → Delete Account.
Select Proceed Deletion.
Enter your password.
Provide payout details to receive any principal still allocated in active programs.
Select Confirm Deletion.
You may cancel the deletion request within 7 days. After that, deletion becomes permanent and irreversible.
