General

What is Haystack?

Haystack is a platform that lets you access predefined digital-asset yield programs. You deposit funds, subscribe to a program, let it run for its term, and receive your payout at maturity.

Do I need crypto experience to use Haystack?

No. The platform is designed so you don’t need trading knowledge, wallets, or technical skills.

Can I lose money?

Each program has its own risk level, which you select through your risk profile. Haystack does not use leverage or speculative trading, but all yield-based products carry some level of risk.

Account & Verification

Why do I need KYC?

KYC is required to comply with regulations and to access yield programs.

How long does KYC approval take?

Most verifications are processed quickly, but timing may vary depending on the provider and document quality.

Why was my KYC rejected?

Common reasons:

  • document is blurry or cropped

  • details don’t match your account

  • expired or unsupported ID

You can resubmit new documents at any time.

Deposits

What deposit methods are available?

You can deposit using:

  • Crypto (USDT/USDC/BTC)

  • Fiat (USD via On-ramp Service Provider)

When will my deposit appear?

  • Fiat: after Service Provider processing and admin verification

  • Crypto: after blockchain confirmation and system verification

I sent crypto to the wrong network. What happens?

Incorrect-network deposits generally cannot be recovered. Always double-check the network shown in the deposit instructions.

Entry Level Program (ELP)

What is the ELP?

It’s the base yield program where your available balance is placed automatically when not invested in a specific product.

Do I have to use the ELP?

No. You can withdraw from the ELP anytime and allocate funds directly to programs.

Does the ELP lock my funds?

No. Funds in the ELP remain withdrawable or available for new subscriptions.

Programs & Subscriptions

What is a subscription?

A subscription is your personal allocation inside a yield program with a fixed duration.

Can I cancel a subscription early?

No. Subscriptions have fixed lock-in periods.

How is yield calculated?

Yield is calculated daily using a standard 365-day APY model.

Can I add more funds to a running subscription?

Yes, if the program allows top-ups. The system will show your updated expected yield and any additional entry fee.

Can I change my maturity action?

Yes. You can switch between rollover, partial withdrawal, or full withdrawal at any time before maturity.

Maturity & Rollover

What happens at maturity?

Your chosen maturity action applies automatically:

  • roll over

  • roll over principal + withdraw earnings

  • full withdrawal

When do I receive my earnings?

Either:

  • at maturity, or

  • immediately after a rollover action that distributes earnings to your balance.

Withdrawals

How do I withdraw funds?

Go to Transactions → Withdraw, choose fiat or crypto, enter your details, and submit the request.

Why is my withdrawal pending?

All withdrawals require admin approval. Delays may occur if:

  • destination information needs validation

  • compliance checks are running

  • request volume is high

Are there withdrawal limits?

Yes. Limits depend on the method (fiat or crypto) and regulatory constraints.

Risk Profile

Why do I have a risk profile?

Your risk profile determines which programs are available to you, ensuring you only access products aligned with your risk tolerance.

Can I change my risk profile later?

Yes, anytime in Settings → Security & Privacy → Risk Profile.

Security

Should I enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Yes. It significantly increases account security and is strongly recommended.

What happens if I lose access to my authenticator app?

Use your backup codes to log in and update your 2FA settings.

Account Management

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Security & Privacy → Delete Account. You must confirm with your password and provide payout details. You have 7 days to cancel the request before deletion becomes permanent.

What happens to my funds if I delete my account with active programs?

You will provide payout details so remaining principal can be returned after administrator processing.
