IX — TRANSACTIONS

The Transactions section is where you add or remove funds from your Haystack account. You can deposit using fiat or crypto, and withdraw using fiat or crypto.

1. Deposits

You can fund your account in two ways:

  • Fiat Deposit

  • Crypto Deposit

1.1 Deposit via Fiat on-ramp Service Provider

Step 1 — Start a Deposit

  1. Open Transactions in the sidebar.

  2. Select Deposit.

Step 2 — Configure Your Deposit

  1. Set Type to Fiat.

  2. Enter the amount. → The system shows an estimated deposit fee.

  3. Send the funds to the Fiat on-ramp Service Provider account information as displayed on screen.

  4. Select Next.

Step 3 — Upload Sender Details

You will be asked to provide:

  • sender information

  • transfer receipt or any requested supporting document

Select Submit when done.

Step 4 — Confirm the Request

Review the summary and select Confirm.

Important

1.2 Crypto Deposit

Step 1 — Start a Deposit

  1. Open Transactions.

  2. Select Deposit.

Step 2 — Configure Your Deposit

  1. Set Type to Crypto.

  2. Choose the Network and Currency.

  3. Enter the amount. → The system shows an estimated fee.

  4. A unique deposit address is generated specifically for your account.

Step 3 — Provide Transaction Details

Enter:

  • the sending wallet address,

  • the TX ID,

  • any supporting documents if applicable (receipt, screenshot, etc.).

Then select Submit.

Step 4 — Confirm

Review and confirm the deposit request.

2. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available in:

  • Fiat via off-ramp Service Provider

  • Crypto

2.1 Start a Withdrawal

Step 1 — Initiate

  1. Open Transactions.

  2. Select Withdraw.

  3. Choose Crypto or Fiat (via off-ramp Service Provider).

  4. Enter the required withdrawal details (amount, destination information, etc.).

  5. Select Next.

Step 2 — Confirm

Review the request and select Submit.

Once an admin approves the request:

  • the transfer is executed externally, and

  • your balance updates after completion.


3. Transaction Tips

Deposits

  • Make sure the network and token match the instructions exactly when sending crypto.

  • Fiat deposits must include accurate sender information to avoid delays.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal timelines depend on the payment method and compliance checks.

  • Ensure destination wallet addresses or bank details are correct — transfers cannot be reversed.


4. Where to View Your History

Under Transactions, you can see:

  • deposit history

  • withdrawal history

  • status of pending requests

  • detailed breakdowns for each entry
